How about doing your flight plan for 2,000 miles in the year 2000?
One of my favorite trips was following loop: I-80 west from the Central states. Stayed overnight in Nebraska Fuel stop in Rawlins, Wyoming and a thermals stop at Rock Springs, WY. I'm a tellin YOU, at 10:30 in the high desert, the thermals get going and I don't want to be in the after that time of day (except for, maybe, the last couple-or-three hours before sunset).
