It looks like the extended crankcase vent fitting was a success. I extended the fitting 2-3/4 inches and the oil thrown out has dramatically decreased.
With the 0-200 engine, changing the fitting took all of 30 seconds.There is no fuel pump in the way and the fitting could be reached without even opening the cowl. A quick question. How much does the spacer sold by Skyport raise the tail? I should know, but can't bring the figure to mind. I tried to search the archives but can't remember how to access them. I am assisting in getting a friends tail up to correct height, but can't recall how much the spacer contributes.
