Hello All:

I have to pass this on for your interest. I recently took a McCauley
71-48 propeller to be repitched to Northwest Propeller Service
on Thun Field in Puyallup WA. It was to be changed to a 50 pitch.

Well I was called and informed that it was already a 50 pitch and
there was no charge.

When I picked up the prop, it had been restamped, there was an inspection
sheet attached and there was NO charge.

In today's competitive business practice this old fashioned courteous
treatment
is rare.

In addition to being nice people, they have a very clean well equipped
shop.

Cheers:

Paul
