Ed, Clearly, you are not trying to get an owner maintenance proposal going, but rather you are trying to invent more standards than there already are. I really think you are looking for trouble. You have the enthusiast's blindness to the reality of the situation. This thing with trying to invent type ratings for A&P's to work on such a simple plane is about the dumbest thing going. Maybe we should all quit flying, since no one has the super human skills neccesary to keep them flying. Glen Ward
