Basically what I am saying is that while there are some reasonable, nice, helpful folks on this list, judging from some of the people on here, having an Ercoupe group dispense ratings for maintenance is just an awful idea. This is the government's business and if they can't do it - and why should they for a couple of thousand peoples' antique hobby - then they should either keep it as it is, or just let it go completely.
