09H used AN 5-6 bolts, 2 AN 960-516 washers, AN 310-5 nuts, and of course a cotter pin.
It sounds like non AN hardware was used. The overall bolt length is 27/32nds with an unthreaded shank length of 11/32nds. I did not look this up in the official parts list, just confirmed what was installed in 09H.
