Wayne, Thanks for the input. And I really do thank you. But the number
it
more than anything a point to start with. Cost per unit will be the way
I'll
come up with total to be made. If cost come out to be to much we can scrap

the hole thing. Our airplanes fly pretty well without them. It is in my
eye a
starting place for storing a stock pile of Alon & Mooney Odds and Ends.
Roller may be another. There are many parts that we could come up with. We

just need to put in a little time.
Look at the cost of the roller you sent me. .02c worth of plastic and a

Buck worth of labor. = $37. Sure don't need to cost like that.
Maybe we could start a Co-op. When you look at the numbers M10 = 50
Alon
=245 -A2-A ??? How else will we get some of this stuff.

I started this as a private letter. But it brings up ideas for other
models that may also be made. How are the A2-A and M 10s logo done? What
do
Ercoupers need for placards?
How could we work a Co-op into something good for us all? What could we

stock pile in parts that would help keep our airplane up?
Could we buy cases of oil filters and send them out cheaper than buying
at
the mail order houses?
Would or should we work on ideas as this?
We saw a good response to the mailing to Aircoupers How about M10 of
the
50 how many are here?
The U-joints on the controls are made in Dayton, O. Spinner back
plate
in Lyons, Wi
Finding part, working as a group. What could be better than that.
