I really think what you are doing is going to be the wave of the future
for two reasons. [1] The young people want to make big bucks and will want
to work on big money airplanes.  [2] The hourly rates are escallating to a
point that to keep flying as a recreational activity, we are going to have
to do the work ourselves.  That is not a bad idea as long as we have a
competent IA to give our plane a second look.
