I didn't try turning mine, but the wear was in the fore and aft. There was left to right movement also, but very minimum. The left the right movement on the wheel was caused by the bearing. (I think the left to right movement is a incorrect bearing. Harry helped me figure that one out. Even if you order the correct "size" bearing from Skyport or Univar, as I did, it may not be the correct "type" bearing.) As for the bushing, (shhhh.. don't tell anyone), but any good machine shop can make it from brass stock.
