Unfortunately, you've already "broken it in." Most of the fitting together of moving parts occurs within the first few hours. Everything I've seen in print says "run at max power at low altitude (max manifold pressure) for a few hours using straight mineral oil." At approximately 10-25 hours you change to normal AD oil and you are done. the point at which you are done breaking in is determined by "stabilized oil usage."
