It's time for our Smoky Mountain Fly-in October 20-22 at McMinn County
Airport (MMI) at Athens, Tennessee, just south of Knoxville.
Most of the events will be held on Saturday, October 21, but those flying
in from a greater distance can arrive on Friday, October 20.
Camping is permitted on the field and there are several motels available.
We'll provide transportation to and from the motels.
Motels include: Day's Inn 423-745-5800

Knight's Inn 423-744-8200
Motel 6 423-745-4441
Saturday Morning: Flight to Sevierville, TN to view the color over the
Smokies.
Saturday Afternoon: John Wright Sr., EOC Technical Representative, will be
conducting a maintenance seminar.
Tour of the Swift Museum. McMinn County Airport is the home of
the Swift
Museum. There are several beautiful original Swifts in the museum to
view.
