Rock Springs to Laramie?  That's not fair.  That's like putting it into a
wind
tunnel.  Under general conditions, most birds actually fly backwards in
that area.
The only place I've seen as bad was up in Browning, Montana.  I swear,
that most
people living in that area are just serving out their sentence.  Oops!
Sorry, any
Coupers living in Browning are undoubtedly the guards, and not the
inmates.
