Personally I follow the directions on the can of MMO. 4 oz per 10 gal of gas in my "Chevy"
My local Walmart had a nice plastic container designed for two stroke oil. It holds 16 oz of MMO and has a secondary cup you tip the MMO into to measure out small amounts through a second cap (hard to describe but obvious when you see it). The secondary cup is calibrated in ounces.
