Syd,
The wife and I flew from Austin to the "Big Easy" (Lakefront) on the 17th
and back tonight. One of the smoothest flights over distance in a long
time. Went VFR on top at 7.5 over a surreal overcast of white puffy cotton
candy! The only thing missing was Warren Beaty in a sweat suit!!(Heaven
can
Wait----for Brandon and those too young to remember the movie) We both
were thinking of what we owe to Wilbur and Orville. What's more fantastic
is that our "little ships" were designed only 35 years after that first
flight! Some day "Fred's invention" will get the historical perspective
it
deserves!

Merry Christmas,
Hank
