Hi Jack
 I thought the same thing. What he did have going was the extremely cold
air
(note all that snow) to help with density altitude. I know that my friend
JT's coupe as well as mine are a lot more nose high at 11k than his is at
12k (and it takes me as long to get to 11 as it took him to make the trip)
