Does the Golden Log Book have the name, address and email of the originator? Does it indicate anywhere that its whereabouts should be broadcast on the Couper List by those with email access? If not, when it resurfaces maybe a supplemental sheet should be added with that info and instruction. I would suggest that whenever someone on the list gets the book that they should report in to the list when they get it and then report who they passed it on to.
