One wonders if, by doing the work first and thus grounding yourself, you aren't giving the inspector a firm grip on your cojones, of which a few vindictive bureaucrats will take advantage. We've all run into the type of person who validates the worth of their job by the degree to which they can impede the progress of others... Greg
