Glen, FAA inspectors were out wandering around our field. They happened to look over a friend's Ercoupe. He also has only three or five inspection plates on each wing. My friend wasn't there when this took place but I was. Two weeks later he received a registered letter from the FAA grounding his plane until he complies with the wing AD.
