I have had real good luck making crows foot type wrenches. If you want the fancy wrap around type, cut the end off a box wrench. Weld a socket wrench extension sized and bent to match your requirements on at what ever angle you need.
If you require super clearance, you can cut a socket and weld the extension on the ring you've cut from the socket. Of course if you want the open type, cut off an open ended wrench.
