There really are 2 popular taper standards in the real world. <g>
One is the standard .250 inch/foot in the aviation community, 
the other is the non aviation BROWN & SHARPE.
Neither world seems to know the OTHER TAPER exists.
Brown & Sharpe taper reamers are approximately .500 inch/foot. 
Quality machine tool supply houses sell the Brown & Sharpe reamers.
I gave $30+ some years ago for the size you need.
