My problems keep growing. Now my A/I tells me that the left (pilots side) fuel tank is leaking along the rear bottom edge and appears to have some corrosion :-( Univair does not make these any more so I am hoping that someone in the group may know where I could find a serviceable one at a good price? the leak does not show up until they try to replace it and spread the mounting flanges a little. We let fuel sit in the tank for several hours yesterday without any leaks then today he called me with the bad news. This is fast turning into a record breaking ($) annual for a plane that I trusted and was quite happy flying around 6 weeks ago...... so far I think I'm into this one for over $3,000 and it still is a ways off from being signed off. Any help on the tank search will be most appreciated. Thanks. Rob 3040H
