Howdy Folks, Thanks for your many responses about how to deal with the heat generated under the canopy. I can always count on your collective knowledge and kindness.
The main points I distilled from the responses follow: - Open the side windows and/or canopy and/or vents to achieve comfort, cooling, and fresh air. - Can use various commercial shading/screening products, such as the auto limo film. These products are effective but somewhat cut down on visibility. - I understand that there is also a solid sunshade that can be purchased. It also cuts down on visibility. - Wear a hat. And now for my public service annoucement... - ALWAYS wear sunscreen. My parter's Dad died at 42 from melanoma. My partner had some sizeable chunks of skin cut away, due to melanoma. One of my bosses has melanoma that has metastisized and he is fighting for his life, "as we speak". Skin cancer should not be taken lightly.
