So try it at 70. The 1.3 factor puts you at about 60 if your particular aircraft stalls/mushes at 47. Sooooo you should be safe at 70, establish the proper glide slope, and point the nose at the spot of your choice. Over the fence at 70, to round out and flair at 60, should put you nicely and softly "touched" at 55, a nice figure. But be careful,---with only 9 degrees of uptravel, you may have to add a little power at flair to get the nose sufficiently up. I've seen too many landing their coupes by hanging them on the props on final. Thats ok I guess, as long as you have a prop to hang on, but what if you suddenly don't,--------Coupe bowling time I think. Nose heavy landings have been the cause of too many coupes and their pilots ending up in balls on the runway. Doug
