Hey Gang,
Got a question. How many feet does it take to get
airborn on a grass runway with full fuel and myself(185 pounds) with no
wind? Likewise, how many feet to stop? My coupe is 85
horsepower. The grass strips I've used have always been of adequate
length, but I'm contemplating a private 1400 foot strip, clear on one end and a
cornfield on the other. The owner has two coupes for sale, so I thought I
would find out the particulars of each, take a picture, and put the info on the
mailing list.
