Thanks to all who replied with information. It looks like the Ercoupe is somewhere around 42" wide which is not bad. It beats a C-172 by an inch or two.
I am no so long legged, but do tend to be rather solid at 250 or so pounds. It would seem that I would kind of be topping out the weight limit if I were to fly with a passenger. I guess that means either, fly alone, fly with no gas, or drop some weight which I should be doing anyway. I will reply to a few individuals who asked questions. I am in Canada, up around the state of Maine area. Thanks again. Interesting reading. I would like a list of questions to ask a seller which would be "Coupe" specific.
