Mike, Grrreat attitude! =8+)
My son and I have FLIGHTCOM 6ANX ANR headsets. Mine had a slight 'scratchy' speaker problem when new and my son's little black box of electronics went bad after a year. FLIGHTCOM service was superb... and free even out of warrantee. In my case, they gave me a new headset free of charge BEFORE I ever had to send mine back..... and it was 2 years old at the time. They have a 90 day free use policy on either a loaner or replacement so you don't have to beg, borrow or steal a loaner. If you don't send a set back in 90 days, they bill your credit card. Fair enough! Would I buy another set? You bet. However.... The 6ANX models are no longer in production. Dealers had CLOSEOUT PRICES at Sun N' Fun - where my son got his for $200. Mine were $225 there a year earlier. Hardly obscene. OTOH, Bose is quite a different story.
