We're putting the M-10 on the block, asking $29,500.  It has:

* About 800 hours total time, engine and airframe
* About 70 hours on new Millenium cylinders
* Narco MK-12D radios, one has glideslope
* Narco transponder with encoder
* Ancient (but still solid state) ADF
* Apollo LORAN
* Terra audio panel with marker beacon receiver
* El Reno filter
* Panel-mounted intercom
* New Slick magnetos (maybe 50 hours on them).

Interior and exterior look good.  The paint needs
to be polished to look real good, and there is minor hail
damage.  We've only had this thing a year and in that time
it got new cylinders, mags, and a real thorough annual.  My wife
was flying it in instruments a lot and I wanted to be sure the 
thing was in good shape, so we took care of lots of details.  
For example, new fuel hoses with fire sleeves, new "real" AN fuel 
fittings on the fuel pump and firewall fittings, etc.  We like 
the airplane, but we need something that carries a little more 
weight and has pitot heat.
