Had a prepurchase performed & have a concern on an aft spar
carry-through (spar cap) right side  which has a small deformation.  My
AI says it's airworthy & not really a concern.  I would like some
feedback on this.  Also has a wing tank leak; are these tanks welded or
rivited?  (I think they're the 9 gal ones)  
Last but not least; what paperwork is required for the dual nlg fork
upgrade? (337?)
The plane is a '49 "G" model.  Thanks much!
