OK coupers, I'm back to the experts for help. We have just about finished our project of a complete redo of N99387 which included an O-200 and a Kenny Fiberglass Nose Bowl. What we found was that the #4 exhaust pipe just touches the nose bowl for about two inches as the pipe comes down from the flange and bends rearward. I know several of you are flying behind O-200's. How close
does the #4 exhaust come to the metal cowling? Have any of you had the same problem I described? I'm not a rocket scientist, so it looks to me like I have to either modify the nose bowl or the exhaust. Any other ideas? Lynn Nelsen N99387 52FL
