Thanks to all for the answers to my post. What a fantastic tool
"Coupers Mailing List" is for all flyers. Nothing beats first hand
information, suggestions and comments from the folks that actually fly,
maintain and love our little bird.
As for the STC on autofuel usage, looks to me like basically I would
be
paying for the decals and the privilage of topping the tanks with mogas at
the various fields around the country. Doesn't appear as if any changes
to
the airplane itself are necessary. When I do my top overhaul I wonder if
it would be wise to install the 100LL valves and if I did, would it be
correct to use auto gas after that? Any thoughts on this?
