O.K., this may be a religious question for some of you but I'm
interested in what you all think... where's the best place to buy
Mogas for an 'Coupe approved to use it? Is there any one service
station brand that is know for consistent, clean, fuel?
BTW I plan on using the same clean gas cans all the time and will
always use a filter in my funnel (the kind that filters out water and
particles- Aircraft Spruce sells them.)
(Before the 100LL advocates flame me please note that I am very aware
of the arguments for using aviation fuel as opposed to Mogas- my
flight instructor is the local FBO and is very opposed to auto fuel
and has told me over and over all the horror stories and reasonings
for not using the "wicked stuff". Of course I'm positive his
suggestions have nothing to do with him selling 100LL to me at $2.00
a
gallon!)
