P.S. I was a passenger in a friend's Piper Cold (2-place Tripacer) on a 45 Kt direct crosswind landing. It was well above forcast and we were young and dumber. He kept it on the pavement even though we stopped just before getting to the landing light. And the wind didn't even tip over the plane on the ground!
