Hi! I'm looking for links to howto's ,tutorials, books , informations about building cluster (load balancing, shared storage etc) of courier imap + postfix + ldap or mysql from the scratch.
Now I have configuration imap courier + postfix (spamassassin, amavis, clamav) + mysql (virtual domains in mysql database) + squirrelmail on one physical server.
