i'm using postfix+courier+Horde+Squirrelmail. Both webmails do not display
date, they only display the time for each email. I don't know if this is a
courier configuration or it depends on the webmail.
It's a client setting. Courier returns a standard formatted date, it's
up to the client to decide how that date is reformatted for the end
user. In squirrelmail, you can set Options -> Display Preferences ->
Always Show Full Date. Then you will see the full date regardless of
whether the email was sent today, this week, etc. The default
squirrelmail setting is the relative dates (emails sent today will show
only as 8:15AM instead of showing todays date). I personally prefer
this feature.
