Have you tried entering "php pop3" and "php imap" into Google? The first hit gives you the full documentation of the PHP IMAP library (which also supports POP3). Subsequent links include comprehensive articles with examples how to use it, such as http://www.devarticles.com/c/a/PHP/Create-Your-Own-Mail-Script-With-PHP-and-IMAP/ Google is your friend. If you don't do your own homework, then don't be surprised if you don't find anyone willing to spend time doing it for you.
