I am running courier imap with qmail. I recently rebooted the server to pick
up some configuration changes unrelated to courier and now any attempt to
access a mailbox
fails with unable to open this mailbox. Unless I'm missing something all the
permissions etc appear to be correct. How can I go about diagnosing this
further?
