I've got a problem with Courier-IMAP that I just can't figure out. I've got 20 users on a qmail+IMAP setup and they are using Thunderbird 3.1.4 as the client.
Random users have been reporting when they see a new email, read and delete it, the screen refreshes and the email is showing up in a new, unread status again. I've tried to fix this by deleting the courierimapuiddb file and/or restarting the courier-imap server again. I've written a script to delete all of the courierimapuiddb in the maildirs on the server, but that seems to cause problems for people that weren't having this issue. Does anyone have an idea of what I should look for? I'm running out of options and the managers are pushing to go to an M$ solution. All help is greatly appreciated!
