Ok, i get it, so if i delete NAMESPACE advertisement in the imapd.conf - that error must go away? Even if the "index" file is exists at the /usr/local/etc/courier-imap/shared/ ?

Pardon, i found if i delete /usr/local/etc/courier-imap/shared/index the error is goes away, and until i don't use any shared folder i am questioning - how thunderbird knows to ask the courier-imap server for shared folders ? I mean is there any compability options that tells thunderbird to request a list of shared folders ?
Thank you

No, it's all automatic. Thunderbird checks if the server advertises the NAMESPACE IMAP extension. This is an extension to IMAP that a client uses to discover all folder namespaces on the server.
