Hi, I'm using courier-imap version 4.10.0-2012061 on Debian Wheezy (latest old stable). As client we are using Mozilla Thunderbird on Windows (almost everywhere latest version).
Few clients have problem - Thunderbird notify "operation has failed" and in server log I see: Oct 29 05:57:43 mail imapd: j.novak: TOO MANY CONSECUTIVE PROTOCOL VIOLATIONS Oct 29 05:57:43 mail imapd: j.novak: TOO MANY CONSECUTIVE PROTOCOL VIOLATIONS Oct 29 05:57:43 mail imapd: j.novak: TOO MANY CONSECUTIVE PROTOCOL VIOLATIONS Oct 29 05:57:44 mail imapd: j.novak: TOO MANY CONSECUTIVE PROTOCOL VIOLATIONS Oct 29 05:57:44 mail imapd: j.novak: TOO MANY CONSECUTIVE PROTOCOL VIOLATIONS Oct 29 05:57:44 mail imapd: j.novak: TOO MANY CONSECUTIVE PROTOCOL VIOLATIONS Some users has it more offten then others. I'm using this solution (courier-imap+thunderbird) on more servers and have same problems. Please how can avoid this error?
