I tried Thunderbird 60.3.3, but the problem was not fixed.

And this seems to be a more widespread issue that has problems with 
'Outlook 2016' as reported earlier.

In other words, with 5.0.4 version, once the RFC-invalid message is saved 
in a folder (such as INBOX) by MTA, that message will not be able to move 
to any other folder and the MUA's message/SPAM filtering function will not 
work. The only action the user can perform on such mails is to delete the 
mail.

It is ideal that all software related to mail delivery sends and receives 
only RFC-compliant messages. But unfortunately, it seems that e-mails in 
Japanese (probably Chinese, Korean, and others) that violate RFC seem to 
be delivered more than I expected, and I have received some complaints 
from users.
