Nope, Its courier.  Very UN-broken... even when the rest of the world
is.
I'm thinking that just maybe its putting something before the
<user@domain> portion and that's jamming up the works.  If I can isolate
the part of the PHP that is responsible for all this I'll post it for
inspection.
