Jorge, This is a feature of Courier. It is not an error or bug. It is
caused by mail that is badly formatted. Hotmail has been made aware of
this problem in the mails it is sending out but has so far done nothing
about it. Courier is RFC compliant and so does not deliver such
malformed messages as is. It encapsulates them as an attachment or
refuses to deliver them.(depending on your versions and settings.)
This is a "hot topic" on the list so I do not want to start another
thread about it. I strongly suggest reading the list archives and the
documentation at http://www.courier-mta.org . These will explain every
aspect of this scenario in great detail, as well as provide you with
information about how to change this behavior once you understand the
risks doing so might entail.
If you still have questions after reading the archives and online
documentation, please feel free to email me privately for more help.
David.
