Right, sorry - meant to send a message back to the list about this.
I got a reply off the list from William Hue telling me to do the
--with-waitfunc=wait3. It seems to be working fine, but I haven't done
any heavy testing really.
After installation I got some runtime errors that it couldnt find
libgdbm.so.2, which I had in /usr/local/lib (which was in
LD_LIBRARY_PATH).
After I did
crle -l /usr/lib:/usr/local/lib
it worked. Haven't figured out why this is though.
