I'm stuck in the situation of moving a set of maildirs from one system to another. The systems have different host names.
I've worked out that I need to rename all the files, and then update the courieruidb file to match. However, I can't get the folders re-created that the user had. I've restored the subscribed folder, but that isn't doing it! Get back from Squirrelmail: ERROR : Could not complete request.
