Correct behaviour, there is no Errors-To:-header and
machine-generated responses will be sent to the envelope-from.

Correct behaviour, there may be only one Return-Path: in the
headers, and faked/doubles get commented out.

Try `man sendmail` and scroll down to the option -f,
and also have a look at the VERP's.
