What's the meaning of this?

The referenced RFC says:

PREFERENCE      A 16 bit integer which specifies the preference given to
                this RR among others at the same owner.  Lower values
                are preferred.

$ dig -t mx pdrap.org

;; ANSWER SECTION:
pdrap.org.              48666   IN      MX      0 pdrap.org.

What's the issue?
