Yes, it works for me for two months!
You should modify a little bit the courier's and mailscanner's sources.
Check the maillist-archive, I resent the patches a few days ago!

Has anyone tried mailscanner with courier?   It scans for both virus and
spam using spamassassin.  It's designed to work with sendmail and exim.
