             I have modified webmail to produce the following header:
Content-Disposition: attachment; filename="Empire.tgz"
It might cause incorrect behavior with filenames that contains certain characters.
Would you consider changing SqWebMail to only apply RFC2231 encoding to filenames with characters outside of USASCII?

This seems like a good compromise - acceptably correct behaviour in all cases but for most filenames using the simpler rules that will cause my legions of Microsoft-client-wedded users to stop screaming at me.
