Would you consider changing SqWebMail to only apply RFC2231 encoding to filenames with characters outside of USASCII?It might cause incorrect behavior with filenames that contains certain characters.I have modified webmail to produce the following header: Content-Disposition: attachment; filename="Empire.tgz"
This seems like a good compromise - acceptably correct behaviour in all cases but for most filenames using the simpler rules that will cause my legions of Microsoft-client-wedded users to stop screaming at me.
