See the description of the authdaemon module in > INSTALL. > Thanks for directing me to that Sam, but I've read everything I can find which is why I'm asking for some direction. I can only assume that you're saying that I can't directly test the authpam module because authdaemon has to manage the messages? Either way, I was only trying to provide information. The main problem still remains that I cannot authenticate the user when they try to connect. I basically receive a 'synchronizing' error indicating that it cannot fetch the headers in the folder (null) for the account. The only thing that is reported is: Jan 4 13:31:57 werlax authdaemond.ldap: authdaemon: modules="authpam", daemons=5. I do have the DEBUG_LOGIN value set to 2, but I don't see anything additional dumped to syslog.
Thanks for any help with this, Mark ------------------------------------------------------- This sf.net email is sponsored by:ThinkGeek Welcome to geek heaven. http://thinkgeek.com/sf _______________________________________________ courier-users mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] Unsubscribe: https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/courier-users
