Changes since the last release.
* Fixes/enhancements to the PostgreSQL module. Added a custom query option.
Fixed a potential exploit.
* Overhauled maildir support. New filename generation mechanism eliminates
a potential race condition that's been talked to death over the last two
weeks.
* Enhancements to the IMAP and POP3 servers: IMAP UIDPLUS extension
implemented. Optimizations in the POP3 server should reduce the server load
when opening large mailboxes.
